Scott has sold two homes for me. One in South Lyon, and one in Mt. Morris township, two distinctly different markets and clientele. Scott was very knowledgeable of the market conditions and advised us regarding the appropriate modifications and preparations we would need to take in order to present our property in the best fashion. We found Scott to be a very hard worker, as well as a kind and honest businessman. Both homes sold quickly, under 45 days, and for very close to our original asking price. I always felt Scott had my best interests in mind. I would gladly work with Scott again.
