Scott was very helpful to me in my first home buying experience. He took care of everything and was on top of his game from beginning to the end. When we first started looking at houses he was very knowledgeable with everything from looking at the integrity of the house to the location. And made me feel very comfortable with picking out a house. I highly recommend him for anyone. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and is willing to help and answer questions no matter what time it is.

Scott was a fantastic agent. He was very knowledgeable especially when it comes to new construction homes. Scott always had his clients best interest at heart and got my wife and I the best deal we would have asked for.

We were looking for a vacation/retirement home and Scott helped us find exactly what we wanted and help us with the negotiation process to get it for a fantastic price. Scotts knowledge of the Eastern Shore of MD helped us get to see places that initially were not on the radar. Not only did he show us houses but he had some excellent advice on waterfront properties. He was there for us with inspections and even helped coordinate one inspection we couldn't travel down to that day. From start to finish Scott was there for us. Even late night texts with questions were answered promptly. He certainly lived up to his promise to work hard to make our dream reality. I would recommend Scott to anyone who's looking for a place on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

We contacted Scott in reference to a property and from that minute in he had total control!!! We literally did nothing but look and after we found our property we signed on the line. This was as the easiest, organized and enjoyable house buying experience. Scott answered many questions, calls, and chaotic moments very professionally and calmly. Trust me ours was complicated with property in the beginning, but Scott took care of everything and after hours of calls, meetings with the county agencies and actually walking us step by step we then found the property was not for us! Scott went above and beyond to see we were satisfied, we continually apologized for being a bother, to which his reply is, you are never a bother and call me please. We did call, weekends, evenings, day, night and never once didn't get an answer to our questions or the call or we were called back or text in a matter of minutes!! In a nutshell, If your looking for a realtor that is dedicated, hard working and never gives up than Scott is your man!!!!!!! Scott is amazing and will not disappoint! He would even advise when we looked at a property with his contractor abilities as to what the property would need if anything and we knew to look nor leave!!! We can't praise him or thank him enough for getting us into our beautiful home!!!
