Mr. Rutter recently helped our family list and sell our home. For over 50 years my parents as well as my siblings lived at this same address. My parents took excellent care of their home. Mr. Rutter was very gracious, knowledgable, professional, patient, and kind when it came to the wide range of questions that accompany selling property. He is a long-acquainted with and has a special feel for our special neighborhood which is rich with history and close to a university. I believe Mr. Rutter provided my mother with excellent and honest advice when she started to prepare the house to be put on the market.
