We had a ton of showings on Thursday and Friday, so many that it almost did not matter how many we had over the weekend. We had several offers to choose from and sold 11% over listing price (wow). Scott made the process easy and provided us with really good information throughout the process. When needed, he negotiated well for us. We're sure the buyers will love this house. It was truly a win win and we appreciate Scott's professionalism and deep knowledge. He pays attention to details and it shows in results like ours.
