Wowzers this market is really competitive. This house had just come on the market and we jumped. It was completely remodeled with a unique layout that especially worked well for us. Scott knew the area really well, having grown up nearby. It was funny to hear his stories as he gave us a better feel for the neighborhoods. He sold a house several blocks away a few weeks prior and was talking to another seller with a house similar to this one, so he was really knowledgable about this area and the local market. We felt better about the offer knowing his deep expertise and ability to explain so much to us. We're happy with the house and recomend Scott to anyone looking to buy a home especially in Denver.

Without going into the details here I'll just say that Scott's marketing strategy worked well. We had a ton of showings on Thursday and Friday, so many that it almost did not matter how many we had over the weekend. We had several offers to choose from and sold 11% over listing price (wow). Scott made the process easy and provided us with really good information throughout the process. When needed, he negotiated well for us. We're sure the buyers will love this house. It was truly a win win and we appreciate Scott's professionalism and deep knowledge. He pays attention to details and it shows in results like ours.
