Scott truly made buying our new home and selling our old home a great experience. We had the objective to find our new home first, get moved in and settled, and then sell our existing home. Scott adhered to this plan and followed our objective. He listened to what we wanted and found it for us. During this process, Scott answered every request and question with urgency and never left us without a response or answer on any detail, no matter how small. If you want a realtor that is going to pay attention to detail and be there for you, Scott is your Man. After Scott found our dream house and we got settled in, we listed our old house. To our amazement we had multiple offers the next day. We accepted the best offer and sold our house immediately. Scott was really there for us throughout the whole buy/sell process and never left us guessing on any detail. I’ve bought and sold four houses prior to working with Scott and I have to say I’ve never been happy to see my realtor get their commission on the transaction, but Scott was the exception.
