Raised in the middle of a street with vacant lots as far as the eye could see, his father, a custom home builder, helped develop the neighborhood right before his eyes. He watched, learned, and helped turn mounds of dirt into amazing houses, then marveled as families moved in and transformed them into homes. He was hooked. However, his Real Estate aspirations were put on hold when he was selected in the 1st round of the MLB draft. While competing against the best athletes in the world, he developed an elite work ethic and undeniable determination. After playing professional baseball for 18 years and having a young family at home, Scott refocused his passion back to Real Estate. His internal drive, never quit attitude, and ability to deliver under pressure give him an advantage that is virtually non-existent in the Real Estate world today. This is what sets him apart. Proactive and straightforward - Scott gets it done right

First time sellers and Scott kept us calm and reassured through all the steps, many of which were uncertain or intimidating. Scott met us where we wanted to be strategically and also kept us realistic and goal-focused. We knew where to put our attention and where not to worry. Condo market conditions in Calabasas at the time (winter 2026) were challenging - we may have ended up on the lower end of our range, but we don’t fault Scott for that.
