Not only that, he was able to recommend other local professionals to help with the entire inspection, financing and closing process! That was a tremendous stress relief. Scott Earp is the kind of realtor you want to sell your house. He has proved to be readily available, creative, adaptable and nimble in a challenging real estate market. Scott's recommendations for how to prep the house for showing and sale were spot on. He was easy to reach via phone and text. Scott was creative in using technology to expand the number of available buyers by advertising outside the house area and working with other realtors. He was able to recommend and vet any contractors that were required to prepare the house for showing. Would I use Scott Earp again to sell my house? Yes I would.
Stressful process, but let’s stressful with Scott’s help. Quick to respond to emails , phone calls, and text . Will recommend him to others looking to sell or buy a home.
