Scott was an amazing realtor!! I was very lucky to find him on Zillow from a listing I was interested in, which ended up not being the right home for me. He helped my husband and I for about a year while we took our time deciding where we wanted to live. As first time home buyers, we were very new to the process and really appreciated his expertise and patience. At each house, Scott would help us identify pros and cons, many times bringing up concerns that I would have never thought of. In one home we really loved from photos, he showed us how the flooring was very poorly laid and helped us identify many updates that the home would need. We really trusted him and his opinion and he made the entire process easy. When we finally found the home we fell in love with, he helped us act quickly and come up with an aggressive offer which was accepted within a few hours. During the closing, there were many times we looked to him for advice. He is a good combination of being confident and professional, while also being laid back. He doesn't talk down to you - he makes sure you understand all parts of the process. The entire home buying process has been amazing for us and we are so excited to own a home!
