My family is very grateful to have worked with Scott through a grueling, lengthy, short sale process. We had to move quickly due to a job transfer, and we had to sell under not so ideal circumstances. Scott worked diligently, with patience, poise, and wisdom navigating the system, and shouldered the burden/stress of dealing with multiple banks and minutia, buyers, and agents finalizing a sale with little to no commitment on my end, and no financial repercussions. He even took the time to change out our garbage disposal to meet inspection as we had already vacated and relocated. God Bless Scott and the work he is doing for all.
