His marketing, with professional photos and comparisons of houses, features and highlights are top class, outstanding. Scott has regular updates, communication, awareness, and has great contacts and networking. Scott is quite knowledgeable and detailed as a Realtor and he explains things well from house features, appraisals, upgrades, value, what to fix or repair, housing comparisons, and openly talks about everything with you as he is quite personable, respectful, with great communication skills so you are a "team" going through this process. Selling our house was quick, efficient, effective and we got the sales price we wanted in the timeframe we wanted. Escrow was quite efficient and a good experience with docu-sign and in person both. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Scott as a top real estate agent if you are looking to sell your house! I think he is the best in the Corona area as a Real Estate agent.
