Contacted him through Zillow. My intentions was to be represented by him. My opinion is hes pushy and demanding. I dont like to be handled roughly and that is what he did. Basically telling me that if I wasnt sure that I was going to put in an application after I came out to view the property then he wasnt going to do a tour. Not one part of the conversation had I mentioned that I wanted to bye the property from what I viewed on Zillow. I was just looking. I will be moving in June this year he ask me have you already put in your notice to move. Why? Sale me a house dammit I explained to him that I cant guarantee I would like the house once I see it in person so he proceeds to tell me. If I just want to see how the place looks the pictures are online. Lol really then he begins to run down the qualifications which I already knew that most houses for rent want the deposit to match the rent. Meaning if the rent is 800.00. Then your depoait most likely will be 800.00. I guess it was his tone and the demeanor over the phone he says the owner wants X amount of dollars for this. Basically what I heard was Can you afford this. Like really is that what you should be asking me. I was a bit offended. Because every time he answered my question he would say something like can you afford it? Or this is the qualifications for background check. Is that a problem//can you pass it. So no I would not recommend these people. They do not want to show you a house if you do not commit to buying before seeing the property.
