Scott did a fantastic job helping me sell a coop. He was extremely diligent and took the time to explain each step of the process in depth. He also took care of any issues that came up along the way, such as helping me hire contractors to recondition the space and dealing with the building's management company. His communication is top notch. I believe Scott is very trustworthy and would highly recommend him.
