We had a uniquely challenging situation with our home and Scott guided us through all of it. He worked hard to keep our listing hot and relevant and was able to get us full value. I'm the first to admit i can be a handful in a large negotiation and kudos to Scott for dealing with me with calm and grace. 5 stars... he's a good dude and will go the extra mile for you.
