Scott found me an excellent short sale to buy. He was completely professional and on top of the attorneys that were handling the transaction, including the foreclosing bank itself. I am very happy with Scott's performance. There were lots of ups and downs during the months we waited for approval, but in the end, we were able to close before the home went to auction.
