This was our first home and not knowing as much as about the home buying process was very intimidating. Scott eased all of our worries and made himself available for communicated . He is very patient and is willing to visit as many homes as you would like, because he enjoy's seeing his clients' satisfied with their purchase. The best example of Scott's dedication was his care for our home inspection, which he oversaw and ensured with detailed. Our home is older and needed electrical work, and did not have a outlet in the master bath! Scott got all the conditions we asked for fixed and as a bonus he got the outlet in the bathroom, which we were not sure would get installed. This just illustrates how thorough and dedicated he is to making his clients happy. When viewing a home he looked everywhere and let us know what to look for. In addition, he also cautioned and guided us on potential warnings to watch out for, which we really appreciated. He explains every document we didn't fully understand and gets mistakes resolved quickly. Scott is the perfect realtor! We plan on using him again and recommend him to anyone, including our friends and family.

Throughout the processes of making an offer, negotiating price, figuring out the sellers situation, and preparing all the paperwork Scott was on top of everything and got me a good deal. Never once did he try to talk me into offering more than I wanted to. He didn't dismiss any of my concerns and did his best to get answers on every one of them. His handling of the paperwork through multiple counteroffers and the close was exceptional. Even since the close he's helping to wrap up loose ends like finding keys to locks we didn't know were there.
