He showed me what to look out for and wanted to make sure the home I found was the best for my family. Scott just helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We were working with several different real estate agents at first, but quickly realized we only needed Scott's help. His quick response time and persistence made sure we got to see every house we were interested in. He worked around our schedule, and on short notice (often even on weekends) to insure we never missed an opportunity. We also really appreciated having him accompany us on tours. Scott's expertise at pointing out issues helped us avoid some properties early on and drew our attention towards things that needed to be addressed. He never upsold us or tried to convince us to buy something we couldn't afford. As we continued to look, and he got our feedback the houses got closer and closer to what we really wanted. When we finally found our dream home, we had to haggle a bit about repairs with the seller's agent, but Scott encouraged us to stay the course and never let up. Ended up getting us 7,500 dollars credited to us, so we'd have the financial flexibility to fix the problems that needed to be addressed. Scott always made us feel like a priority, we didn't feel like we had to be our own agents and find places because he was ALWAYS looking for us. He even got us a gift card personally at closing for Home Depot :) Can't speak highly enough of our experiences working with Scott. We will be recommending him to everyone we know!
