Scott is amazing at what he does. He is professional and extremely informed. Scott was honest from the beginning with his recommendations and realistic expectations. He negotiated until we were satisfied. He always had an answer or resolution to every question or obstacle that we faced. Selling and buying a house can be very overwhelming and stressful but Scott was able to relieve all of that by doing all of the work for us. He answered all of our requests even when they were frequent and slightly unrealistic. We ended up getting the house we wanted for even less than we expected. We have called him with questions, months after the purchase that he is still eager to answer. I will use Scott again if we are ever looking to buy or purchase.
