Extremely helpful with the sale AND move!

Scott was recommended by a relative. He did a great job of presenting and selling my father's house during a period of slowdown in the world of real estate. He was always available, sent us information regarding the views on the ads, and understood the constraints on removing the seller's belongings. Once the house was sold, Scott was indispensable for knowledge of people who could help clear the house of unneeded items. He stopped by to see the progress, and gave advice on some things to take and leave. When it came time for signing closing paperwork, we were unexpectedly not available to take my father to the attorney's office as planned. Scott himself drove my father from his assisted living apartment (the reason for selling the house) to the attorney's office and back. I would recommend Scott Kelsall to anyone in the area who is looking to sell a home. He's a super nice guy, and has been terrific!
