Throughout marketing of the property: This was a sale of a much-loved family home. We needed a realtor who would be a persistent salesman while remaining sensitive to our emotional ties to the house. Scott lets the customer "be the driver", yet he willingly provides advice when asked for it, and explains his rationale. He explains "puzzling points" without condecension. He returns calls/texts promptly. We discerned a very high level of personal honesty, and noted his "beyond the call" efforts on our behalf. Scott's instincts regarding the proper price point for our property were uncanny in accuracy! It is very difficult to sell a house from which one lives five hours away. Scott and his staff were so capable, we were freed from potentially enormous levels of stress and worry.
