Sunburst Properties are the best! Scott was the consummate professional. We met through a mutual friend when I was trying to sell my late mother's house. I live out of state and I was worried that it would very difficult. Scott made it so easy, arranging for repairs, giving me options. Telling me the truth about the price I could expect to get. It went fantastic and now Mom's house has a brand new owner and I am relieved that I executed her wishes. Thanks Scott!
