This is the second property Scott has helped me sell. When I asked Scot what I needed to prepare the property for attracting a buyer, he was frank and honest. In the showing, offer, negotiations and pending sale, Scott stayed on top of it every step of the way. We started working with Scott almost two years ago. We are from St. Louis and wanted to start the search for a home in the Dunedin area. Scott began by sending us listings during the course of a year. After roughly a year, we made the trip to Dunedin to meet Scott and further refine our search. At this point Scott was able to find a property that worked for our needs. So we made our offer and began the process. Then all of a sudden, our seller died and we found our transaction in complete disarray. Scott stayed in constant touch while the estate was in probate and kept us in the loop the entire way. Roughly six months after our initial offer, we FINALLY closed! And Scott was key in all of it. I couldn't speak higher of Scott, and if I EVER find myself in need of a realtor in that area, Scott will most certainly be my go-to. Thank you Scott!

Scott guided us through a sale and then a purchase. There were challenging moments and frustrating moments. Only Scott’s knowledge, experience and an unfailing positive attitude and good humor got us through. The transactions were made a bit more difficult because they were done remotely but Scott was able to lead us through the maze of paperwork with ease. He was invaluable as we faced the necessity of numerous repairs. He had professional contacts at the ready who could get the work done .
