This is the second house we have sold with Scott and both times he has always had the sellers in mind. He works very hard and will try to get the best deal for the seller. This year has been absolutely crazy because of COVID-19, and Scott was right there with us every step of the way. I’m happy to say I’ve never paid rent in my life and when my wife and I got married this summer I did not want to move into an apartment and put my money into someone else’s pocket. We wanted to buy our first home ASAP. Buying your first home is hard because you just can’t decide between so many different kinds. Scott was there to show us anything and everything we wanted to see. Even if he wasn’t available, which was only 2 or 3 times in the 6 months we were looking and 50+ homes we wanted to look at. My wife and I are very picky. And when we went to look at our home for the first time we loved everything about it and as we were leaving Scott was writing up the offer and got it to the seller ASAP they had excepted the offer within minutes because of how well Scott and written it and presented it to them. We will definitely be working with Scott again in the future when our family grows and we need to expand. And Nobody knows the business like Scott. He is so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! Buying homes can be painful, but it was easy with Scott there by our side!
Scott is an excellent realtor to work with. He has a great knowledge and understanding of the Salt Lake real estate market. He has a great understanding of what will make a home more desirable when selling and is keen and very helpful to pick up on home preferences when searching for a new one. He is always a phone call or text away and is backed by a great staff that are friendly and helpful even if Scott is away on vacation. He is a fierce negotiator and is bold in representing his clients. He is a great ally to have on your side when either selling or buying a house.
We first met Scott when we started looking for houses over 4 years ago. We decided not to move at that time and this year decided to move. We went with Scott again because he was so amazing and understanding the first time. We put an offer on our house in February and Scott helped us through some big issues with the house.
