Scott is amazing! We had been looking for over a year and bought the first home he showed us. Scott highlighted a home I had no idea about, walked me through the entire process, negotiated an offer/terms on our behalf and closed. He has been extremely hands on the entire process, accessible in every way and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to break down the neighborhood, cost of repairs, normal issues in the zip code, etc. Working with Scott was a game changer in regards to closing in this crazy housing market. I have no idea how we could have done it without him!

In the process of making a decision on the realtor to run with on our property, there were several factors that were important to our family. Familiarity with properties in El Segundo and their worth, history of this almost 100 year old house and a reputation of close communication with us, keeping us informed of action going forward. Scott Heflin fulfilled all of those requirements and more. He asked many questions to get proper history of this property, was very familiar with El Segundo, having grown up in this town and was in contact with us almost every day to give us updates. We finished with a good and fair price. Paperwork was kept simple and if we did not understand something, it was explained to us. We will use Scott in the future for any further transactions and consider our decision to deal with Scott Heflin to be a good one.

Scott Heflin went above and beyond in getting the best deal in the sale of our mother’s house in El Segundo after her passing. He answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We felt comfortable working with him because he was always courteous, realistic, and there for us. We knew he cared. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy or sell.
