Would Recommend Scott in a heartbeat! Scott guided us all the way to purchase our dream lot of land. Scott has the expertise in what it take to evaluate good build-able land throughout the valley. We viewed many lots of land over many many months. Scott was always available and accommodating to walk land in all conditions, this sometimes isn't that pleasant when heavily overgrown, wet and muddy. Scott even assisted us going to King County when evaluating unknown conditions of the lot, wasn't expected, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were buying a lot with no hidden issues. We had a great experience with Scott's professionalism, knowledge of the area and expertise in land and building houses. If you are looking for Land to build a house he's your agent - thanks Scott!

Scott helped us buy our dream home. He was patient, supportive and informative through the whole process from viewing many, many homes, to the day of giving us the key to our new home. We would recommend his excellent service.

Scott Haycock rented 2 Kendall Peak for years, and as the listing agent sold the property for within 2 percent of the asking price on February 24, 2016. He is a very hard worker and bird-dogs real estate projects until complete.
