Scott Gibson

Long story short, we're pumped we chose Scott as our Realtor. He's honest, transparent, and super easy to work with. Like a lot of people, we started our home search by looking at open houses. We probably went to 50 open houses and met about 50 agents. Most were nice. Many were helpful. Scott was all of those things, and he listened. Sure we had our list of criteria (which changed a bit as we went along). One thing we wanted to see was pocket listings. Scott was the only agent to bring us properties we hadn't seen. We didn't end up with a pocket listing, but Scott worked to show us some. Once we were in escrow, Scott was very communicative (Thanks Scott for answering our texts and calls so late). And when things went south because of a toolbag mortgage broker (we should have used Scott's guy), Scott was able to work with the seller and keep the deal together. We ended up in a house we never thought we could get, at a great price, in our #1 neighborhood. We owe a great deal of that to Scott.
