Scott and his staff were always quick to respond to any questions we had. If we called or emailed in the evenings we had our response very fast and did not have to wait until the next day etc. He knows his business and is very knowledgeable and detailed. We were kept in the loop at all times and were kept aware of what to expect in all areas of the selling process. We would highly recommend Scott and his able staff to everyone.
My wife and I recently sold a home in Rhinelander working with Scott and Lynn Freimuth of Northern Wisconsin Realty. As an example of just a couple of the “extras” we received, Scott helped with the purchase request of the buyer for much of the existing furniture, and even removed and delivered a family heirloom that was frozen in the ground—unsolicited! Scott is the most knowledgeable realtor I've ever known. He knew more about the land law than anyone. He could be a lawyer in this area.
