This was my first time selling a home. Scott made the whole process very smooth and removed all anxiety. I knew I could trust his judgment. Can you argue with having your home sold within 2 days of it being listed on the market? That’s a testament to Scott’s expertise and knowledge. I had to prepare my home for photos and showings, but because Scott is so organized with a timeline of deadlines to meet, I always knew what to expect and when to expect it. If I had any questions, he always answered them. Scott also has a great network of other professionals. After an inspection on my home, 3 areas needed to be addressed. Scott gave recommendations. I was scheduled within a week. All the repairs were completed before the date my home was to be listed on the market. I was a very satisfied customer. I think Scott’s network of professionals respect him and try to accommodate his clients. I was amazed how smooth the repair process went. All three companies showed up when they said they would and completed their tasks in a very timely manner. One thing Scott did that was impressive, was that he was very helpful to my cousin and her husband, (Tim and Carol Meyer) who decided to move during my moving process. Tim and Carol already had a realtor, but this realtor was very new to the business as Tim and Carol were her first clients. I gave them Scott’s number and he was very, very helpful in answering questions concerning their real estate transactions. Tim and Carol told me that if there were any way they could’ve been released from their obligation with their realtor, they would’ve gone with Scott in a heartbeat. Scott didn’t have to help them out, but that shows how kind and giving he is. I had met Scott prior to his real estate business some years ago in another calling. It is obvious to me he enjoys his profession very much and thrives in it in the way he is so willing to help people. If you decide to make Scott your realtor, you will not regret it.
