Scott’s Company not only sent me numerous homes to see, once negotiations took place with the seller, he follow through with the agreements, and provided me settlement information if I chose to use including Home inspectors, and settlement attorney. After buying many homes throughout my lifetime I never had a realtor follow through and provide the necessary settlement work at my request as Scott did.
