Things went very smoothly on all I had to do on my end, and everything what needed to be done was communicated very well. So, all went very well, much easier than I thought it would go, also considering I have handicaps which limit me, so this was all taken in consideratiom; very pleased!

I saw a house on line that caught my attention and it needed a lot of work.I had called the listing agent but he was out of town that day.
