Apparently it was good advice because once our place went on the market we had a great offer in just a few days! Melissa is very honest, very quick to respond to calls and texts, and extremely knowledgeable. She is an absolute pro. Melissa was also able to give us good recommendations for local contractors so we could budget for needed upgrades to the new farmhouse.
