Scott and Melissa are wonderful people. They know the markets well and are very thorough in everything they do, from getting to know you and your tastes when searching for a home, to understanding your needs when you are ready to sell your home. Highly recommend working with Scott and Melissa!
Scott and Melissa were excellent. We were able to buy and sell a home with them. They were always attentive, answering all questions, and going out of their way to assist us in any way they could. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
Melissa Mariola-Davis was our realtor, not Scott. Melissa was outstanding to work with. She helped us negotiate some fairly unique situations with rural property, and gave us great advice about getting our place ready to sell. Apparently it was good advice because once our place went on the market we had a great offer in just a few days! Melissa is very honest, very quick to respond to calls and texts, and extremely knowledgeable. She is an absolute pro. Melissa was also able to give us good recommendations for local contractors so we could budget for needed upgrades to the new farmhouse.
Melissa was wonderful to work with and always ready to do what was necessary to keep the process of buying & selling moving forward. Appreciate her going the extra mile.
We started around 2 years ago looking for something to buy in the Wooster area. Scott (and Melissa) helped us through the process until the right house came along. They were both very professional and we were pleased with the outcome.
Worked with Scott and Melissa for over two years to make this happen. Scott was very patient with us throughout. Very professional as well.
I felt Scott went above and beyond helping me out. Living out of state and selling a home in another state, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to work with!!
Scott was a pro from the beginning. He is an excellent communicator and had a great plan to sell the house.
Scott was awesome to work with. Friendly, patient, flexible, and determined to help us find the right house for us. Upon verbally accepting our offer, even the sellers commented that Scott's communication was an influential factor in accepting our offer!
Scott was very business like and kept me informed every step of the process. It was a pleasure working with him.
