An expert in power pricing, staging & strategic marketing, Scott has experience across a wide range of property types. He’s sold homes in Chicago’s most iconic neighborhoods, from the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park & Lakeview, to the West Loop, Edgewater & Lincoln Square. His dynamic & experienced team of real estate brokers cover the City of Chicago, as well as the North Shore and the Northwest/Western suburbs. They delight in guiding clients from their first home purchase and sales, to expanding their real estate investment portfolios to include rental property and second/vacation homes.
Scott is also the #1 agent in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood, having sold more residential homes there than any broker since 2007. Annually 40-50% of his homes sell with multiple offers and nearly 60% sell in under 3 weeks or less. Simply put, Scott and his team continue to deliver impressive results for their clients. As a result, a majority of their business comes from current & past client referrals.
He’s been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business (Notable Real Estate Brokers), in Chicago Real Producers Magazine, as an expert voice in Chicago Agent Magazine, as a featured panelist for Inman and at various real estate conferences across the Midwest, and was nominated for an Inman Innovator Award.
In 2022, Scott expanded his business to Michigan, becoming licensed and affiliating with industry leader Cressy & Everett, another member firm of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. He delights in helping clients enjoy the second/vacation home lifestyle just like he and his husband do!
Prior to his real estate career, Scott led regional marketing for Whole Foods Market, helped promote some of Chicago’s biggest street fairs and cause-related runs & walks while working in outdoor event production, and spent time as a news reporter, producer & production assistant.
A former competitive rower, Scott was a founding member of Chicago Rowing Union (an LGBTQ, non-profit rowing organization) and has participated in fundraising endurance events for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and the American Liver Foundation. He’s lived in Evanston, Roscoe Village, Avondale and Lincoln Square, and currently resides with his husband in Edgewater. Outside of real estate, Scott is an avid traveler and a supporter of the arts, and serves on the host committee of Broadway Cares / Equity Fights Aids’ annual fundraiser, Broadway Backwards.
