We could not speak higher of Scott. We met him online through a listing. Actually, our friend did. We exchanged emails for a week or two and then we flew down from NY to look at properties. Scott was very organized, professional and it was obvious that he had put the work in to line us up with showings that aligned with our interests. We were able to find a property we liked in a fast moving 2 days in a very tight market. Scott helped us negotiate a good deal, walked us through the contract, inspection and due diligence all the way through the closing and beyond. He has his finger on the pulse of the Delray Beach Market and he is a top notch Realtor. We could not recommend Scott higher.
