Scott Cassidy is known for his strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and approachable, down-to-earth style that makes the buying and selling process both effective and enjoyable. Since becoming licensed in 2016—and being actively involved in the Colorado real estate community since 2006—Scott brings a deep understanding of the local market and a unique perspective to every transaction.
After relocating to Colorado Springs from Southern California, Scott and his wife Christy founded Cassidy Design, an interior design firm specializing in model homes and large-scale residential remodels. This background gives Scott a distinct advantage when helping clients evaluate homes, maximize value, and prepare properties for the market with the right balance of function, design, and budget. Scott and Christy continue to collaborate by staging listings and assisting clients with design vision for new and existing homes.
Before real estate, Scott built a diverse professional background that includes roles as an educator, licensed professional counselor, executive coach, mediator, and pastor. Combined with his two master’s degrees, this experience allows him to guide clients with clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach—especially during high-stakes decisions.
Scott views serving his clients as both a privilege and a responsibility. He is committed to protecting their best interests while helping them achieve the best possible value and overall experience—whether buying or selling—all while keeping the process smooth, strategic, and low stress.
Outside of real estate, Scott enjoys traveling, entertaining, competitive barbecue, and mentoring others.
