He is more than a guy who lists your home and executes a transaction. He provides an honest assessment of the value of the property within it's market location and fully explains the factors used to reach a realistic listing price. We discussed all of my requirements and any concerns I had regarding my entire relocation and timing constraints. Scott helped me to develop a plan to execute the entire scope of my move from listing through closing on my new home. Scott helped to identify additional resources required at each stage of the process. He made recommendations for inspections, for assistance with disposition of possessions, and for execution of my actual move. My experience with all of those was exceptional. The closings for the sale of my property and on my new home had very short time constraints. Scott assured that transfer of funds was completed exactly according to the requirements as I was enroute to my new location. I can't imagine a better experience with a real estate transaction. Scott provided the tools required for me to control and manage all showings of my home and scheduling of inspections. My home was under contract within two days of listing.
