Look no further! I gave Scott the pickiest most impossible criteria list when I moved to Florida 5 years ago and he found exactly what we needed right away. Once we found the perfect house he advised us on what to do to make sure our offer stood out from the rest. When it became time to leave Florida, Scott was the only agent for the job. He walked through the house advising what to do to stage the house and suggested contractors for the honey-do-list items we needed to take care of. He suggested a listing price that made me a little nervous…especially since there was another listing just like mine with a pool for less, but I trusted him. We were already out of the state when our listing went live but he kept us in the loop of EVERYTHING that happened. We got a contract that was better than expected in record time with no contingencies! I’m so glad I trusted his expertise on a listing price…HE KNOWS WHAT HE’S DOING! My husband had to fly back to Florida to completely empty out the house a few days before closing. Disaster strikes: he discovered we had a leak in one of the bedrooms. My husband and I freaked out, but Scott kept his cool. He suggested we call a plumber and drywall specialist that he works with. The plumber dropped his prior commitments and came the very next day to find and fix the leak. The next day the drywall specialist dropped his prior appointments and stayed in my house for 9 hours to make sure all discovery holes were patched, sanded and painted. The house was perfect the following day…just in time for closing. Those contractors made time for us based on their relationship with Scott! They respect him and his work ethic and so do we! Call Him!!

Scott carries himself as your partner through the process, not just your agent posting or responding on your behalf. He communicates with you constantly. He advises you when and where suited and will also advise when you ask. I've worked with Scott in both the buying process as well as the selling process.
