Scott was great! We were selling and buying a home all within the same time. Scott put together a solid plan to sell our home and took them time to walk the houses we wanted to see and provided valuable 3rd party perspective on each house along with any questions we had. We had two houses we really wanted and Scott worked to try and get those for us, unfortunately due to the contingency of selling our home we lost out on those homes. Scott knew what we were looking for and mentioned a home he had coming up for sale several times even though we were cautious due to the drive. He provided as much info as he could and allowed us to be the first to view that home and we fell in love with it. We made an offer and Scott secured the deal. After some potential delays with closing and moving in to our new home Scott worked out details from the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home to get us in without any delays.
