My house experience was a challenge one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever faced with that being said it not for the weak minded people. When I first started and I got denied I was like dang I tried it again in march sitting in a model home with Scott he said let me call my secret weapon called her she was on maternity leave found this other nice loan officer we got approved I was soooooo happy. I was like thank god. Everything they asked for I did with no hesitation Scott called I called Scott he always was prompt and professional he always communicated with me no matter what. If I had a problem I called Scott he takes care of it from the realtor at Lennar and so on. Tracy from gte called and said my score dropped and they may can’t approve me I called Scott so fast devastated he called his girl that was now off maternity leave she and Scott saved the day now we had some rough patches going to the closing table but I made it and I want to thank Scott for everything he’s such a great guy, very amazing young man. He takes care of his clients and I love that he does that.
