Delicate situation

We found Scott while looking for a new home for my Mother, she was looking to down size and get into a better location that would suit the needs that were involved. Scott was understanding of the needs surrounding us and was very patient in dealing with 3 different generations. Once we made our purchase some time lapsed before we were ready to sell her former house, which Scott listed for us. Unfortunately we didn't get it on the market until the fall when things slowed down a bit due to the holidays coming. We had some offers come in, but nothing that was of interest and fortunately we were not pressed in a had to sell situation. Scott continued to work on the marketing and finally came in with a viable offer and the deal was done. Scott's ability to walk us through the different steps all along the way and his patience with our situation was a big help.
