Scott acted like he was selling his own house. Fast response, top level professionalism, market knowledge better than anyone. I think as a seller it’s hard to hear tough news, however the way Scott did it made us realize it wasn’t bad news rather it was facts. As a seller we have dreams, that might not be reality. Scott thought us and walked us through expectations. We had an offer in 12 days!!! Compared to others in the neighborhood of 6 months! Enough said!
