We were a bit nervous (we hadn’t purchased property in over 20 years and would be doing so partially remotely), but they were friendly and easy to talk to about our needs and wants. They provided prompt communication of options and valuable market knowledge. They were especially helpful during the closing process by being there for the inspection when we were unable.
