Scott helped me buy my HUD home and then sell it again 3 years later. His knowledge of short sales, foreclosures, as well as regular sales was expansive and helpful. He was very patient and willing to look at a lot of homes with us. When the inspector didn't think it was worthwhile to evaluate the crawl space, Scott got on his coveralls and went down there with us. Talk about service! Unlike other realtors I've worked with, he is very field oriented and we had every meeting at the house so that we could talk about it's unique benefits and shortcomings on the spot and adjust our strategy. I am a well-researched pain in the butt and he was great at explaining why he wanted to use the game plan he had but also willing to compromise when I was insistent about my views of selling the house. Overall it was a great experience. Buying the HUD home went very smoothly for a foreclosure process and he sold my home in 3 days for a cash offer. Besides being great at his job, he is also just a genuine joy to spend time with and work closely with. I'd recommend Scott to anyone in Northern Colorado.
