Scott is very knowledgeable about what is currently moving in the market along with how to present your property so it makes a great presentation when viewed by prospective buyers. Scott is also a very detailed agent with a wealth of knowledge to draw from. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to sell their property or looking to buy, he has his finger on the pulse of the surrounding market and wonderful person to work with.

Over the last 40 years I have bought and sold a lot of houses, and in that time I've gotten use to realtors who are on top of all the details, really attentive to my needs and go an extra mile to make sure I understand everything that is happening. I didn't experience that with Scott. He is very strong on the detailed paperwork side, but my ex-wife and I were often frustrated by his limited communication with us about things that were important to us (and believe me, when you are trying to sell a house, every issue seems important).
