As professional Real Estate investors we do all of our transactions with Scott. He helped us turn this purchase which was intended to be a rental property into a fix and flip after our circumstances suddenly changed. Since it became necessary to put far more money into repairs than we had anticipated we doubted we would recapture our investment and even thought a sizeable loss could result.
