Scot was very helpful and made buying our holiday home an easy experience. Even before we flew to America, Scot would e-mail and phone us regularly with information or helpful advice. Upon arriving to look for a house, Scot was available whenever we needed him, this included a Sunday and a bank holiday. Scot was aware of our budget and requirements and was obliging enough to accomodate these when they changed. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond his job. I would definately use Scot's services again and would recommend him. Thank you, Scot.
