We recently utilized Schellee's services to assist us with the purchase of property to build our home. Schellee was not only professional but was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She put our minds at ease with the process and was available to answer our questions throughout the purchase process. I highly recommend Schellee for all of your real estate needs.
I HAVE NOT MEET SHELLY IN PERSON, BUT SPOKE SEVERAL TIMES WITH HER ON THE TELEPONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT, KNOWLEDGABLE
My husband and I randomly stopped at a new build community without any high expectations that we would be able to make a move work. After meeting with Schellee, we learned that our currenr house was in a very desirable location and the timing was perfect for us to sell. We were finally able to make our new build dream come true. Schellee made the process so easy for us and knew exactly the best way to market our home. Our open house was a huge success and we also had so many showings that the interest was a fight for offers. Thank you Schellee for making this process easy and helping us make our dreams come true.
