Amazing, caring broker that went the EXTRA 10 miles!!

We were so lucky to be referred to Schaunon for our first time homebuying experience! From the start her communication was great, she responded quickly to every call, text or email the entire 4 months we ended up working with her. We were buying in an incredibly difficult market and ended up putting offers on quite a few homes until we found the perfect one. Schaunon walked us through the entire process including educating us on how to make our offers more competitive and things to look out for when deciding whether to offer on a home or not. She was always ready to write up that next contract, which we really appreciated! After we had an offer that was accepted she then made sure the rest of the closing process went as smoothly as possible and communicated with us almost daily with updates. She was very organized and professional throughout. We now consider her a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the mountains!
