Schaunon S helped the reviewer buy this property

Best realtor out there

We have had a working relationship with Schaunon Winter for several years. We initially contacted her while in a trip to Colorado and knew we eventually wanted to relocate here, but weren’t quite ready. We stayed in touch over the years and she sent us possible homes in the areas we preferred. When we were ready to make the move, Schaunon had a clear cut plan and helped us find the perfect home for our family. She is thorough in her process and made the home search and viewings very easy for us with a schedule and guided us to the best decision. She kept the lines of communication open and was accessible when we had questions. Moving from another state is daunting but she made sure all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed so we didn’t make any mistakes. She also helped our kids find their Colorado home! We whole-heartedly recommend Schaunon for your home search!!
