Schaunon is one of the Good Ones

Schaunon has represented me in three real estate transactions over the past 20 years. I keep coming back to Schaunon because she provides excellent professional real estate service. She is always available to discuss whatever may be happening in your transaction and consistently follows up! Schaunon provides clear and concise answers to questions and establishes good relationships with anyone who is involved in your deal. Schaunon has excellent market price setting, MLS, contract, marketing/staging and negotiation skills. I have been a licensed real estate appraiser in Colorado for the last 26 years. I have met and worked with many Realtors over the years. I know when I have met a "Good One". I will continue to keep coming back to Schaunon because she is one of the best! I would highly recommend contacting and hiring Schaunon for any of your future real estate selling or buying needs. Sincerely, Dennis Corley
