My fiance knew Schacole originally as a guest from her job and through mutual friends. They immediately clicked due to Schacole's warm personality and charm. So when I decided to sell my home she was the first person that came to mind. I'm genuinely grateful and impressed with her level of professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. She set realistic goals, expectations, had a game plan, and delivered! We listed my home had a ton of showings set to open on a Thursday. My home was sold by that Saturday! Schacole helped us purchase our home a couple years back. After leaving several realtors that kept putting us in front of properties that were not at all appropriate, we switched to Schacole. The first home she put us in front of was the one we bought - largely because she listened carefully to our requirements and was exact in finding them in a home before presenting the home. It was a very smooth and easy process. Last year, we sold that home to move closer to new jobs. Schacole also helped us sell. The sale of the home was more difficult with several bumps along the way related to buyers that didn't have their act together. Despite this, Schacole laid out the pros and cons at each decision point and did a very good job of protecting us from the worst of the process. After helping us navigate the sales process, the home eventually sold for more than 50K above what we had purchased it at a few years prior.
