Lisa was great to work with. She always seems to be available (evenings, weekends, etc.). She is very knowledgeable about the local market and worked very hard to get to know me and what kind of home I would be interested in. She never showed or recommended anything that she knew I wouldn't like. She knew me so well in fact that when we viewed the home I ultimately purchases, she said "I think we found it.". She was right! I experienced a challenging negotiation and Lisa offered some very good advice that ultimately saved me a lot of money. If I ever have to buy or sell another home in Manhattan, Lisa will be first call.
